Hands On Healing

Working with her hands, Kat uses a unique modality compared to a combination of Reiki and reflexology which helps you release energy blocks held in your body. This work is especially helpful for people that need a catalyst for major releasing on some level or for those that want to get to the “next level”, whether its with their body, in their relationship or in their career. Releasing blocks brings movement on all levels: physical, mental, emotional and spiritual. Private sessions are a minimum of 1 hour, but you may request a longer session up to 2 hours.

Private Readings

Private readings are an opportunity for awareness and growth. You will have a chance to explore your current position in life and where it may be leading you in a safe and confidential space. We will offer suggestions, based on information provided by your higher self, spirit guides and angels, of alternate paths available to improve and enhance your experience. We will walk you through simple exercises to help our suggestions take hold in your life. And, of course, we will laugh together because life is supposed to be fun!

Healings for Homes and Businesses

Healing your space is like putting on a clean pair of clothes. It just feels good! It is important to both clear out the accumulated energy and re-set the space to match what you desire to create there, room by room. On an energy level, it is easiest for spirit to create when you have a clean space to create in. Space healings are hands on teamwork. We will work with you to help you energetically own the space you live or work in. We will explore the current energy patterns and entities in the space and help to shift and replace those that are not a match to your intention for that space. We will show you how to recognize the energy in a room, maintain a clear space and set the energy on your own. Whether your space is in need of an energetic dusting or demolition, we can help you feel comfortable once again.
